Franco Caraccio, 21, has been a reserve member of Arsenal de Sarandi of the Argentine Primera Division, and he has played with the Argentina U-20 team.
In light of the off-season departures of Joseph Ngweyna and Nate Jaqua, this appears to be a good signing by the Dynamo.
